Git Scan provides automated security scanning for code repositories. This includes secret detection, dependency auditing, and static code analysis. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scan repositories you do not own or have permission to scan
- Use the service to facilitate unauthorized access to systems
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the scanning infrastructure
- Use scan results to harm or exploit the scanned projects
4. Intellectual Property
Git Scan and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Git Scan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your scan results belong to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
Git Scan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Scan results are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of security.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
